Bal Takhar Cummins Project Director
Completing a BSc Hons in Computer Science Bal specialised in New Media and Project Management. In 1995, she joined Magmed in Birmingham as an information architect and went onto lead the technical division working on key accounts including BBC WorldWide, Severn Trent, British Gas and Lloyds. She later joined Oasis Communications as Senior Project Manager and set-up a beneficial process for the digital department. Key projects involved the functional and technical scoping for the Guinness World Records and Britannia Building Society.
In 2001 Bal joined Lowe Live (Draft FCB) as Project Director and played a key role establishing and implementing a process for the new digital department with overall responsibility for management and output for the department. Key accounts included Stella Artois, HSBC Global, Telewest Business, 3Com and Saab. She left Lowe to start Sonaa.

Niall Jeger Business Development Director
Niall joins Sonaa with 17 years marketing and communications experience. After university, he trained as a journalist and worked for Newsquest producing and managing a variety of UK newspapers and magazines. He then upped sticks to Italy to join the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics as communications manager. Returning to the UK, Niall has worked client side, predominantly in the IT and telco industries. Roles include Microsoft, where he worked in the enterprise space as a communications manager. He has also worked as digital marketing manager at Acision and more recently demand marketing manager at Kaseya. In these roles he has delivered many leads and opportunities against marketing spend, time and again showing an impressive return on investment.

Pat Fahy Creative Director
In 1990, Pat started design agency Face-it Graphics in his hometown of Manchester. A move to London followed, where he worked as head of design for Marshalls Communications, then as Art Director for Publicis, before becoming Creative Director of the agencyís interactive arm, Publicis Networks. From there he moved to Oasis Communications, setting up their on-line division, which in a short time became the 5th largest new media agency in the UK.
In 2001 Pat joined Lowe Live (Draft FCB) as Digital Creative Director. In his 2 years at Lowe Pat was instrumental in building the agency's online offering, with his team delivering award winning creative on accounts such as Stella Artois, HSBC Global, Egg & Saab. He left Lowe to start Sonaa.

Jon Harvey Technical Director
Brain-box Jon wrote his first computer game for the Sinclair QL at age 11. He began his programming career at the start of the "Dot-Com Boom" and hasn't looked back, building websites, e-commerce solutions, web applications, games and much more. Jon joined Oasis Communications working on key projects including the Daily Telegraph, Guinness World Records, Microsoft and Britannia Building Society working with early CMS systems.
Jon went on to join Lowe Live (Draft FCB) as a lead developer and played a key role in establishing the new technical department, key projects included Stella Artois, HSBC Global, Telewest Business, 3Com and Saab. In 2004 he joined Design UK as team leader specialising in search technology and usability. He managed and developed full e-commerce solutions for Jaeger, Hackett, Hobbs, Moss Bros, Selfridges, Kurt Geiger, B&Q and Diesel. In 2007, Jon joined Sonaa as Technical Director.
