To support the student awareness campaign for ACCA, Sonaa have created a series of 30 second radio ads for national and international broadcasts. The brief was to heighten awareness of the benefits to students studying with ACCA and the real advantage of working while studying, a very attractive alternative to shackling oneself in debt. The route chosen was one of comedy, to appeal to the student audience, with the ‘Lottery’ one of the four main concepts. Taking the numbers being called as representative of costs and hours spent on studying, ‘Lottery’ has had great take up on awareness and increased website traffic by would-be ACCA students. Needless to say, there was much merriment in the creation of some of the scripts, which pushed the boundaries of good taste with the subject such as 'size' and 'how big is yours'. So, all in all a great success, not to mention much fun in the making. Hoorah.
