Building customer relationships is vital for business success, which is why Warner asked us to forge stronger links with their customer database.

Since working with Sonaa, Warner has seen a 2,000% plus return on investment in online bookings which previously accounted for 11% of business and now stands at 20% -- a fifth of these bookings come directly from email marketing. Open-rates increased from an average of 30% to 48% with a 60% open rate with 5% direct conversion to sale. 

The email database has grown from 90,000 customers to over 450,000 verified email addresses.
